Common Planner Questions
Can you serve events outside Asheville?
Yes. Western North Carolina, Greenville and Upstate South Carolina trips may be considered based on the full itinerary and availability.
Can you move a larger guest group?
Depending on the schedule, larger plans may use multiple trips, several vehicles or qualified affiliate support. Capacity is confirmed for each event.
How early should we book?
Reserve as early as possible for weddings, fall weekends, festivals and other high-demand dates.
Is there a service minimum?
Yes. Appalachian Motorcoach has a four-hour continuous-service minimum.
