Is this a guided tour?

No. Appalachian Motorcoach provides private transportation for your planned itinerary. Your professional driver handles the transportation, but guided interpretation is not included unless separately arranged.

Can the itinerary include several stops?

Yes, when the timing, route, road access and vehicle are practical. Share every requested stop so sufficient travel and activity time can be reviewed.

Are all mountain destinations always accessible?

No. Weather, construction, seasonal operations and park rules can cause closures or restrictions. The itinerary may need to be adjusted around current conditions.

What group sizes can you accommodate?

Our Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and Ford Transit options serve different group sizes, with passenger vans accommodating up to 14 guests per vehicle. The final vehicle recommendation depends on passengers, belongings, route and availability.
